I laughed out loud when I read #6 Eat chocolate. I agree it helps – as long as I remember moderation. I have been known to overdo it when down but then it leads to a sugar overload and extreme fatigue
Maintaining relationships has been especially challenging during the pandemic. However your tip spurred me to reach out to connect with more friends at least electronically. I agree and am currently looking forward to talking to them. Thanks for all the tips for happiness.
