This was a wakeup call for me. My goal was to get some exercise every day whether a 30 min / 1 hour class or a long walk in the park – feeling virtuous if I did. This tells me I need to pay more attention to my activity the rest of the day. We do seem to spend evenings in front of the TV. This night after our TV fix, I got on my feet to dance to the oldies by myself. It’s a start. Of course household chores on my feet count too.
