Happy Monday Team! We’ve been working on our nightly sleep and happy to report we’ve met the 7hr+ mark for the past 3 nights, that’s a big win for us! What are your wins? Remember, you can always leave us a question or comment, we’d love to hear from you!
Hello Day 4! How is your challenge going? What are your wins? What are you struggling with? We’re still struggling with those 7 hours of sleep followed by getting all our fruits in. But we’re getting our 2L of water in and our veggie intake is going well too 🙂 You’re doing great, keep going!
